Fall Style Guide: Staples

Just a little life update. Nate moved to Chicago on Monday and I am so sad! It’s SO hard to be without someone that you are used to seeing everyday. However, he moved because he got a job promotion so I’m very proud! He is the hardest working man I know, and takes zero credit for what he does and is so humble about his success. He is going to be so embarrassed that I am bragging on him right now, but that’s okay cause it’s my job. We are currently 3 hours away, which isn’t bad, and I am lucky enough to be able to see him every weekend! I’m actually going up there this weekend and am so excited to explore the city! We are going to College Fashion Week on Saturday, which is my first ever fashion show! I can’t wait to share with you all some pictures and my experience! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Now, to the part I know you came here for.

1. Brown booties

These are essential for Fall! I could wear my brown booties every single day because they always match whatever I’m wearing. Invest in a good pair like the ones I linked!

2. Oversized sweater

You need multiple oversized sweaters…at least in my opinion. I can’t get enough of these! They are my Fall go-to because they are so comfy. H&M has so many great ones right now!

I just got a choker and I am loving it! What a throwback to the 90’s. I hope these always stay in style because I don’t plan on taking mine off anytime soon. Pro tip: don’t sleep with it on or else you might wake up in the middle of the night in a panic cause you’re choking.

3. Liquid Leggings

These are going to be my Fall uniform. They are so sassy and fun! Not to mention you can dress these up so many ways that could be appropriate for several occasions!

4. Clutch

A statement clutch is a must. Everyone needs a cute and bold accessory to give them that pop to their Fall outfit. I usually keep my Fall outfits pretty plain, so something like a leopard clutch is perfect!

5. Sunnies

I’m obsessed with these sunnies I linked! I just got mine in the mail and my friends and family make fun of them because they are pretty bold, but that’s why I love them so much! They are different and I think they look great on.

Everyone needs some cute tees to style for Fall. They are perfect to pair with your cardigans, flannels, and scarves. I have been dying over this Lips & Lashes tee for forever! I’m thinking it’s worth the splurge right?

6. Cuffs

I have really been trying to up my arm candy game lately, and this Baublebar cuff will do just the thing. You can easily wear it on its own to style it with jewelry you already have. It’s the perfect neutral piece you can wear with anything!

7. Eye Palette

Smokey neutrals are my favorite in the Fall. Charlotte Tillbury makes the most gorgeous little eye palettes! I love that it includes matte and glittery shades, which means you can easily take this look from day to night.

 What are your Fall staples?
