Hello Curamin® Stop Pain Now. Goodbye Pain.

Let’s be real, we all have excuses. Excuses for why we can’t eat healthy, exercise, hangout with a friend, travel, go to school, get a job. We make excuses when we don’t realize we are even doing it. One of my biggest excuses? Exercising. It’s not that I don’t want to exercise, but I’ve made excuses for myself for a long time. I even have a reason for why it’s “hard” for me to exercise, although it’s really just an excuse.

I was a cheerleader in high school and college; I absolutely loved it! I made friends, challenged myself, and got the best seat in the house for every sporting event. I was also a flyer, which you can now probably guess where this story is going. I was dropped from a stunt my Senior year of high school, and I’m not just talking about a little topple. I went up in the stunt and I was dropped, hard, right on my back. While I should have quit then because my back was in constant pain afterward, I didn’t because I was stubborn. I never even saw a doctor. Tip: If ya get hurt, go see a doctor.

From then on, the pain got better and I wasn’t experiencing so much of it, just when I cheered. I didn’t exercise because I was already so active I didn’t feel like I needed to. Now that I am out of college, I have to exercise to stay in shape. The chronic pain in my back flares up every single time I try to go for a run, and sometimes it even flares up when I’m just sitting in a chair. I have to make sure my back is in a complete upright position when I do any kind of exercise to prevent it from flaring up. It leads to so much frustrating and defeat. Now you get my excuse for not wanting to workout.

However, I’ve recently discovered a product that has allowed me to conquer my chronic pain and get back in the gym the way I want to, and that’s Curamin® Stop Pain Now.

Curamin® is a safe, effective, and non-addictive dietary supplement for people who suffer from chronic pain due to exercise or overuse. It’s not an over-the-counter product, which means you will avoid perscriptions and negative side affects. I started taking Curamin® in the mornings, and my back hasn’t flared up once. Not during exercise or day-to-day activities. It’s truly a life-changing product, and has allowed me to live an “excuses free” lifestyle. The really amazing part of this product? It doesn’t just mask your chronic pain. It gets to the source and stops it.

I found Curamin® at my local health foods store, Kramer’s! The staff was so kind in helping me find what I needed and they also had the cutest cafe upstairs with acai bowls that I am dying to try! Click here to find your local health food store that sells Curamin® or here to order online!

Now that Curamin® is allowing me to live an excuses free lifestyle, I wanted to share some of my favorite easy workout steps that ANYONE can do, despite excuses.

The Treadmill

Anyone can get on the treadmill and walk. If it’s nice out, go outside and go for a walk! Take it slow if you need to, and when your chronic pain starts to become a problem, stop. Then get in the car and drive to your local health foods store and purchase Curamin®. 🙂 Taking Curamin® has allowed me to run long distances, rather than walk them.

Crunches/Partial Crunches

If you have back problems like me, crunches or sit-ups are not your friend. Even though I can do these moves now, before I had to stick to do partial crunches. You won’t get as great of a result doing partial crunches, but they do help strengthen your back and stomach.

Wall Sits

Act like you’re sitting in a chair up against a wall. This is great for your back because it is staying upright, and it a great workout for your legs.

Bridging

A great move for tightening your abs and booty, while keeping your back upright. This one is a little awkward, but trust me, you’ll feel the burn!

Maybe you just thought up of an excuse as to why you can’t do any of these moves, but I want you to understand that you can! Curamin® will allow you to do these moves and so much more. I wish that I had someone to tell me about this product a long time ago. Don’t wait and don’t make excuses!

Think about what you make excuses for. Think about your own personal chronic pain. Maybe it’s keeping you from being focused at work, spending time with your kids, or going out on the weekends. Don’t let your chronic pain keep you from living life the way you want to. Try Curamin®.

Hey Rachel, congrats on the collaboration !!! I will definitely have to recommend this to a friend who had ankle surgery two years ago and still has flare-ups and has hard time running. Thanks for sharing this post. Because most pain relieving products out there just mask the pain and this one seems to go straight to the root of the problem. Hope you have a great day. xo, Emily (SCsister)

My husband tore his ACL 3 years ago. He had surgery(they actually removed tissue from his quad to use it as replacement) and it was partially fixed. He is in pain all fall and winter though. Something that helps tremendously is that we workout a lot. We lift heavy stuff so his quad is as big as ever haha. AND the bigger the muscles wrapping the bones and ligaments, the easier it is for them to stay in place! But, again, he still has pain. Do you think this would help?

      Tania,

YES! I definitely think that this would help. This product is great because it’s all natural, but gets to the root of the pain and stops it, rather than mask it. I know your husbands pain, and I really think you should try this product! Let me know if you do,

      Thanks for reading, 🙂
