Happy Tuesday, babes.
I cannot tell you guys how excited I am about todays post! I recently have done so well getting into a continuous everyday routine, including a regular workout routine. Something that has really helped me get into the groove of things and stay motivated is my workout style + playlist. It’s true. I’m a firm believer that wearing cute workout clothes makes you workout harder and keeps you motivated. I mean who wants to put on a non-flattering outfit to go workout?! That already just puts you off to a bad start and I personally, think you’re less likely to stick to your workout routine.
I recently invested in a pair of Lululemon leggings to work out in. Seriously best investment ever. Even better of an investment than my college education. Jk :). Kinda! They are that good. So what’s so special about these leggings? They are the Like Nothing 7/8 Tight that literally feel like you’re wearing nothing. Not only am I wearing these to my workouts everyday, but I constantly am wearing them around the house and to run errands. They are so comfortable to run in and they are sweat-wicking so you don’t feel all gross and slimy while you’re burning those cals. To make things even better, there’s no seam in the front so you are protected from that dreaded camel toe.
Another reason as to why I love these pants is that they make my legs and bootay look so good! Lets be honest ladies, when you’re working out in yoga pants, it’s not always the most flattering. These tights pants hug my curves just right and I feel so confident when I wear them! Wearing workout clothes that make you look good, make you feel more confident in your workouts.
Now, let’s talk music. Not only does it help to wear comfortable clothes when you workout, but music is also so important! I have included my ultimate workout playlist (Sassroom’s Workout Jams) that pushes me to finish my workout + is so motivating! I look forward to my workouts just so I can listen to this playlist. It’s a culmination of several different genre’s and times, but is very upbeat! There’s an hour and thirty minutes worth of music and I included some throwback Pop songs from the early 2000’s, Rap, R&B, + Pop from today. Aka lots of Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, Fifth Harmony, Britney Spears, basically, all the good stuff! Follow my Spotify playlist, which can be found here, so we can workout together!
